Tim Lebbon announces double UK novel deal with Allison and Busby

UK-based horror and dark fantasy author Tim Lebbon is and award-winning author of over twenty published novels and novellas, although to-date - albeit with the notable exception of his early novellas Mesmer and Faith in the Flesh, as well as his two PS Publishing novellas Naming of Parts and Changing of Faces - the vast majority of them have been released by US-based publishers.
So Tim was understandably delighted when he was recently able to announce his first UK novel deal - and a double-deal at that - with genre publishing newcomer Allison and Busby.

M. John Harrison wins 2008 Philip K. Dick Award

This year's Philip K. Dick Award for "the distinguished original science fiction paperback published for the first time during 2007 in the U.S.A." has gone to Nova Swing by M. John Harrison.
The results were announced on Friday evening at evening at Norwescon in SeaTac, Washington. Harrison was one of two UK authors on this year's shortlist, the other being Adam Roberts for Gradisil.
