There's a new collection of short stories out from Stephen Volk, the creator of ITV's Afterlife and the BBC's Ghostwatch. Dark Corners [Amazon] gathers together sixteen of Volk's stories, along with an introduction from Tim Lebbon, and each tale is a dark, gritty study of the human character.
